Terry has the squad back in training and as can be seen here they are working on their strength and conditioning in the Abs-Solute Fitness Gym and thanks to Adam McGarry for putting the lads through their paces.

Included in that group were two of the new signings Eoin Morgan( formerly Cabinteely) and Cian Byrne( formerly Longford Town and Maynooth).
