ATAFC are delighted to announce the commencement of a Local Training Initiative to be delivered at our Stadium and the TUS campus.

The ATAFC/ LWETB Player Development Programme in conjunction with TUS Sports Department will provide participants with the opportunity to participate in a 52 week course leading to QQIL5 Sport and Recreation Certificate accredited by ETB/College of Further Education.

The programme is designed to enhance our player development by providing an educational pathway to level 6,7,and 8 degree programmes, whilst still enabling the participants to fully engage in sport.

The club would like to thank all those involved in bringing this course to fruition, in assisting in the development of the course syllabus and whilst the list is extensive we would like to give a special thanks to Mike McCarthy FAI, Gordon Brett TUS, Tom Grennan,Ronan Murray and Antonine Healy of LWETB for their valued assistance,guidance and expertise.

Recruitment and registrations will be taking place in the coming weeks,with a start date for participants in mid September.
